If you are looking for the authentic flavors of the Ladin and Trentino cuisine, you are in the right place. Here, the tradition comes alive with dishes that are a tribute to the territory, but always enriched by a touch of originality.
Homemade cheese dumplings with butter and sage and the soft polenta with mixed mushrooms and local cheeses speak of a kitchen that feels like home. And then there are the timeless classics: the veal cutlet in crispy bread with sautéed potatoes and the sunny side up eggs with bacon, two dishes that contain the essence of our mountains.

Our collaboration with the Pellegrin butcher, a few steps from Casa Daniel Zen, is the symbol of our bond with the territory.
The Pellegrin brothers have been selecting and producing high quality meat for generations, which we transform into dishes such as beef fillet with porcini mushrooms or the Fassa Valley cutting board with artisanal cured meats.
Meat is not everywhere, but where it is, it is made properly, with the guarantee that each product is respectful of the environment and traditions.

If you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant or culinary curious, you are in the right place. Spinach Strangolapreti on a cream cheese, Teroldego risotto with Puzzone of Moena, Tomino with grilled vegetables and cranberry jam: dishes for those who love to eat well, period and that’s it.
And if you are looking for a dish suitable for those who are intolerant to gluten, you can choose between our pizza variants, choose the gluten-free pasta option or a soup like the Cream of leeks and potatoes with the scent of Trentingrana or the Cream of carrots. Among the starters and second courses you will find as many suitable dishes as the Carpaccio of local meat salada on bed of rocket and flakes of grain or the soft Polenta from Trentino with local cheese in triangles and sautéed mixed mushrooms.
